We would absolutely stay here again to have once again a lovely weekend. It's an excellent base for celebrating a birthday. Amiable staff provides good service. It is in a stunning and great location near Seven Kings Park, right by the hotel.

I stay in Ilford regularly to visit a student at University of East London, and Oyo Orchid is my go-to choice. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Ilford train station and close to shops, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are top-notch. The room is cozy and warm, with a comfortable bed and a nicely finished bathroom with a good shower. The small kitchen has everything I need. a fantastic stay.

The hotel had a great location, very close to the city center. the room had a good size and it was clean. We really enjoyed the small kitchenette as it allowed us to prepare some light meals during our stay. the staff was polite and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable at first.

One of the main issues we had was that the beds were not comfortable, and the pillows were too thin.
